GVI CA was formed in 2007 to link international organizations and personnel to local communities and projects in developing countries around the world, while strengthening corporations’ CSR aims and objectives.
With a network of 12 international offices and over 150 highly trained staff in 40 countries, GVI CA has the unique ability to set-up, manage, and implement CSR programs for mid to large range corporations around the world, bringing over 50 years of experience to worthwhile overseas volunteer and travel.
This ensures that all GVI CA programs are of the highest quality with professional staff and formal, high quality health and safety systems and risk management. Global Vision International and the CA division has sent over 6,000 volunteers and participants overseas, providing support and services to international charities, non-profit and government agencies with its overall mission to promote the advancement of sustainable development initiatives through the creation of global partnerships.
GVI CA consults with international organizations to support local projects in developing countries, while strengthening staff development, employee engagement and retention, brand recognition, and overall CSR achievement.
Present day supporting organizations include Whole Foods Market (US Fortune 100), The Emirates Foundation (UAE National overseas volunteer program), South African National Parks, Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, Jane Goodall Institute, The Whole Planet Foundation, Grameen Trust (Nobel Prize laureate 2006), Laufer Isaac Green and the GVI Charitable Trust.
