- Why GVI Corporate Alliance
Volunteering is a major step towards corporate social responsibility. Volunteering strengthens the brand of the organization, creates good will on the ground, and offers benefits and development to the employees, their communities and the trading regions and communities. Consumers, the media, governments and investors are increasingly considering an organization's ethical practices. A quality corporate volunteering program working alongside local organizations with very real, long term aims and results is a great way to start social responsibility. With one of the largest international staff structures of its kind, GVI CA can offer you a range of regions, countries, project types and durations, and tailor-make the opportunities to fit your needs AND meet the needs of the local partner organizations on the ground.
Key benefits of a corporate volunteering program

Ecuador Community Project
"I chose a volunteering project in Ecuador, teaching the Indigenous children high up in the mountains whilst my partner chose a 10 week expedition in the Amazon Jungle way down in the South East of Ecuador. The experiences we both had were simply amazing. The effect the project has had on my life is more than I ever expected it to be. I returned to Ecuador in April for 6 months as co-ordinator of volunteers and schools, something that only ever seemed to be a dream has become a reality. Wow! If you're thinking about a change, whether it be straight from School, University, or taking time out from your full-time work or even at retirement age, there's definitely something that GVI can offer you."
